The footwear exhibition based on Bizet’s Carmen arrives in the German city on September 14, to coincide with GDS.
Twenty-five Spanish designers have used their unique talents to create their own versions of the footwear that Bizet’s famous Carmen might have worn today. This is the theme of “Carmen´s shoes in Düsseldorf”, an exhibition to be held in the German city’s NRW Forum museum from September 14 to 18. The travelling exhibition will arrive in Germany in the wake of considerable success in Milan in 2005 and in Madrid and Tokyo last year.
