Calzados José Vicente e Hijos S.L began business in 1973 and since its beginnings has specialised in cowboy boots and sandals. It soon consolidated its position in the market and became an international brand.
With 150 workers and producing over 300,000 pairs a year, of which 80% are exported, Joe Sánchez is present in Germany, France, the Czech Republic Poland and the UK among other markets.
Its collections, targeting the mid to high segment of the market are divided into two lines: Original Boots and Pronto Moda of which women’s shoes account for 90% and men’s 10% of production.
Original boots includes its cowboy boot range – the segment in which Joe Sánchez is traditionally strong – from the classic styles to the more daring, using combinations of leathers including distressed, brushed, crocodile, metallic finish etc. Pronto Moda is a line that is comfortable but fashionable and is aimed at women with a young spirit.
All the collections are designed and made in Elche, Alicante, and are sold through national and international shops and large retail outlets.
