In the wake of more than a hundred years of experience acquired by the family textiles firm, sisters Beatriz and Carlota Furest created a bag and accessory brand with an unmistakeable stylish line and modern, casual design.
Made in Barcelona from the finest leather, their designs reinterpret modern trends and update timeless classics. Delicate finishes in different textures and volumes, plus feminine detail like symmetric pleating and sensual frills are coupled with colour combinations ranging from ochre, brown, grey and black to pink, blue and green in the brightest shades.
The Beatriz Furest company has two shops in Barcelona and the brand is available from 50 select POS in Spain and 30 abroad. In response to the booming trade in online shopping, the brand is boosting sales with an e-shop.
With an export rate of between 15 and 20%, France, Belgium, Italy and the UK are its main foreign markets, although the brand, which is a regular participant at Paris’s Première Classe trade fair, is also seeking opportunities in the US and Asia.
