Mesoestetic was founded in 1984 and has since consolidated its position as a cosmetics brand focused on offering an integral service and effective solutions to beauty professionals in medical and beauty centres, and to end consumers.
Mesoestetic employs a team of 60 and is currently based in Gavá (Barcelona), where it has a production plant covering an area of 1,500 sq. m. and a 2,000 sq. m. warehouse. The production plant includes a modern pharmaceuticals laboratory, research centre and quality assurance department.
Mesoestetic designs and produces cosmeceutics, which are considered more effective than conventional cosmetics because of their high concentrations of active ingredients.
The brand complies with the strictest quality standards in all its activities and has been awarded certificates in cosmetics, aesthetics, medication and health products.
Mesosestetic has specialised in three main business divisions. First is cosmetics, where the star line is Collagen 360º. Second is medical equipment, which achieves optimum results without resorting to surgery, and lastly phyto-therapeutic and dietary supplements, produced by its Exiko Laboratories.
The company turned over €22 mill. in 2009, of which exports accounted for 80%. The remainder was domestic sales. The brand operates on all five continents and in more than 60 countries. In March 2009, Mesoestetic opened its first branch in Portugal (Lisbon), expanding market coverage and service.
In November 2009, Mesoestetic opened m_Lab, its first integral beauty centre in Barcelona. A new centre is planned for Madrid and later Paris.
Mesoestetic takes part in major international fairs and congresses every year. In 2010, it will be exhibiting at Imcas Paris, Anti-aging Milano, Cosmoprof Bolonia and Cosmoprof Asia Hong Kong.
