Founded in Arenys de Mar (Barcelona) in 1898, Cóndor has many years of experience in hosiery which it has used to diversify into new areas. Its slogan “passion for children” announces its dedication to kidswear and it is now a leading force in the sector, with collections covering all ages from newborn to 12.

Aretex, S.A., the company that owns the Cóndor brand is part of Grupo Corporación Empresarial Valls, S.A., and has a 10,000 sq. m. factory which combines creativity with R&D&I to develop two collections each year, offering quality clothes at competitive prices, drawing on the latest trends.

Cóndor has standalones in Barcelona, Valencia and Huelva and operates in 3,500 multi-brand shops and El Corte Inglés department stores.

International growth is one of its key priorities. Exports account for 10% of sales and the company has consolidated its position in Portugal, Greece, USA, UK, Switzerland, Venezuela, Italy and Russia. It continues to seek new business opportunities at exhibitions like Pitti Bimbo (Florence), FIMI (Valencia) and CPM (Moscow) at which it is a regular participant.
