Aldo Martin’s specialises in the design, production and sale of women’s knitwear. It was created in 1975 by Martí Bisbal in Igualada (Barcelona) and is now run by the family’s second generation, with Núria Bisbal in charge of artistic direction.
Aldo Martin’s jumpers, skirts, jackets and T-shirts are made from top-quality materials. They are impeccably designed in a very up-to-date urban style, in keeping with the latest trends. Original, highly elaborate prints are one of their most distinctive features.
With a workforce of 50, the company went global in 1998 and some 70% of its sales are now exported to countries including France, Germany, the UK, Belgium, Portugal, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, Italy, Japan, China, Australia and Canada. It sells at high-end multibrand retailers in all these markets.
It is a regular participant in trade fairs including Prêt-à-porter (Paris), A Fair (Antwerp) and CPD (Düsseldorf).
