Mireia Bisbe’s namesake brand is a family firm which the designer’s mother, Elvira Vives Donat, founded in 1984 and which produces bridal and ceremonial couture. Mireia joined the team in 1988 and presented her first collection in 1995.
Elegance, naturalness and femininity on the cutting edge are the common denominators of the designer’s clothing, which is always made from sumptuous fabrics. A great lover of architectures and the arts, Mireia’s dresses and gowns reflect her passion for proportion, harmonious shapes and meticulous detail. The company currently as two other lines, Mireia Bisbe Leather and the youthful MissB, which offers a range of tops and casual shirts.
Mireia Bisbe is a regular at fashion events like Pure London and SIMM Madrid and also appeared on what used to be known as the Gaudí Catwalk in Barcelona. The company has a boutique in Barcelona and sells from exclusive retailers in Mexico, Ireland, UK, Italy, Saudi Arabia and Japan.
