Women’s footwear company Luxax was created in 1989 in Sax, Alicante, an area steeped in the shoemaking tradition. , it specialised in manufacturing products made from crocodile, python and lizard skin, but its high standards in both design and quality pushed it to the forefront of fashion in women’s footwear and handbags.
It has its own creative and design team, and also works in partnership with a major Italian designer. Its creations respond to the demands of women who want to be attractive for any occasion, and its collections are based on matching sets of shoes and bags of superior quality, made of engraved leather with fantasy finishes, ideal for parties and social events.
Its main market is Spain, but it is expanding abroad, and currently exports to the following countries: UK, Germany, Holland, France, Austria, Belgium, Australia and some Arab countries. It is also a regular at major European trade fairs in its sector: Micam, in Milan (Italy) and Modacalzado in Madrid. Its daily production is 300 pairs of shoes, hand-made by skilled craftsmen supported by cutting-edge machinery and technology.
