Her passion for fashion comes from her grandfather, José Ferrer, who belonged to the Pertegaz, Pedro Rodríguez and Balenciaga Group, the most representative of "haute couture"in the 30's.
She specializated in I.D.E.P. followed with four-years degree in the School of Art and Fashion Techniques (Barcelona), this is where she received a degree in costume design for theatre, opera and cinema.
In 1988 Rosa apprenticed in Promostyl, Paris where she collaborated in the creation of swimwear "cahiers". This experience allowed her to rejoin the family business "Rosa Ferrer,S.A." where she has been designing swimwear since 1990; She's working in four different brands:"Francebel Junior", for the younger ones. "RF.Junior" for teenager girls. "Rosa Ferrer" a young & fresh line and "L.M.Luxe" swimwear for the most sophisticated woman.
