    Panama Jack´s interview

    Panama Jack is a company associated with nature and adventure. It was set up in the late eighties and has two differentiated brands: Panama Jack and Havana Joe.

    The Basic Boot, worn by more than 6 million people all over the world, best embodies the real concept and philosophy behind the brand. Other leading products include the Robinson sandal or the Traveller model.

    The Company produces around a million pairs of shoes a year. A 70% of them are sold abroad. Its principal foreign markets are Germany, Holland and the United States.

    The Company's international strategy has been focused on establishing the brand in an extensive network of multibrand stores. This was possible thanks to its highly active presence at national and international trade fairs such as those held in Düsseldorf, Las Vegas or Birmingham. A network of the Company's own stores acts as a complement to its multibrand distribution channel.
