From June 24th through the 26th, the 83rd edition of FIMI, the International Children’s and Young People’s Fashion Trade Show once again offered a window to the world for the 300 brands that gathered in Madrid.
At its inaugural edition, IFEMA’s new platform was a success. More than 470 shoe and leather goods brands presented their collections for the coming winter.
In its first edition focused solely on clothing and accessories, the trade fair turned out an ambitious platform for international buyers and press to promote the more than 800 brands that gathered at the Madrid fair.
The children’s fashion trade show welcomes buyers from 42 countries with designs from 270 brands for autumn-winter 2016/17.
From 11 to 13 September, IFEMA hosted the fifth Momad Metropolis, previewing all the latest trends for Spring/Summer 2016. With visitor numbers up 16%, the trade show has increased the space given over to textiles by 19.8%, and by 30.2% for footwear brands, which have their own pavilion.
The 81st kidswear fair kicks off the European calendar and consolidates its position as a date in the international diary, bringing together a growing number of high-potential buyers.
