The Spanish footwear and accessories group launches a website for professionals that allows clients to query their administrative data and tap into all of the commercial information on the corporation’s brands.
Mediterranean craftsmanship and soulful shoemaking are the credentials of a company that has been firmly committed to ‘made in Spain’ manufacturing for more than a half century. Although the company is steeped in tradition and even received a gold medal for exports back in 1977, it began its shift toward MTNG Experience in 2010. This global corporate group, which manages five brands, chose to capitalize on its know-how while simultaneously evolving toward a concept as crucial and currently popular as customer service.
While the company has steadfastly decided to provide added value to its customers by offering relevant and unique experiences, MTNG Experience also meets the everyday needs of industry professionals with the help of Susan Tips. Efficient and tireless, this new multi-device virtual assistant, which the group presented at the last edition of Momad Shoes for autumn-winter 2016/17, works round the clock, 365 days of the year. Susan can provide data on weekly sales rankings, allow users to check the status of their shipments, manage returns and order specific sizes, among other logistical and commercial management tasks.
To monitor their international commercial networks, the group also has three subsidiaries: MTNG USA, with offices in New York and Miami; MTNG Europe, which is coordinated from its central offices at the Elche Business Park in Alicante; and MTNG Global, which has operating centers in Hong Kong and the Chinese city of Guang-Dong. The corporation thus ensures the smooth operation of its brands across multi-brand points of sale and their portfolio continues to grow. In addition to youth-oriented brand Mustang and glamorous MaríaMare, the group boasts the comfortably elegant designs of Estefanía Marco, the #unconventional style of Sixtyseven and the delightfully fun kidswear line, Cheiw. In 2015, it also launched the premium collection, Hannibal Laguna Shoes in collaboration with the Spanish designer and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid regular.
