A total of 36 Spanish brands will be attending the world’s leading menswear event.
In its 90th edition, Pitti Uomo will once again transform La Fortezza da Basso into a universal showcase for menswear and contemporary style. The setting’s more than 60,000 square meters will host 1,219 brands and over 20,000 buyers, 43% of which are international. “We think of Pitti Uomo as a magazine,” Raffaello Napoleone, CEO of Pitti Immagine stated. The organization trawls the world like a well-versed team of genuine coolhunters, picking only the best brands for their buyers.
The Spanish fashion contingent is on the rise at the upcoming trade show, which will be held from June 14th to the 17th. A total of 36 brands will be there – a good dozen more than just a year ago. This edition’s representatives from Spain range from crafters of casual clothing to purveyors of renewed classic looks. The spring/summer 2017 collections consolidate a firm change in attitude. Beyond the maxims of comfort, today’s man keeps up with trends in fashion, footwear and accessories like a dignified dandy.
